First Mutual Bank buys its building from owner

First Mutual Bank bought its seven-story headquarters building, at Northeast Fourth Street and 108th Avenue Northeast in downtown Bellevue, from Unico Properties yesterday for $11.9 million. The structure, known as the 400 Building, will be renamed the First Mutual Center.

New top officers

  • Network storage provider Isilon Systems has hired Eric Scollard to be the company's vice president of sales. Scollard has more than 15 years of experience in the storage industry.

  • Isilon Systems also named Brett Goodwin vice president of marketing and business development. Goodwin previously worked for RealNetworks, where he built and led product management teams.

  • Weyerhaeuser Co. has named Jack Taylor senior vice president in charge of North American timberland operations.

  • Washington Mutual Inc. has hired Steve Lobo as the company's senior vice president and treasurer. Lobo is a former executive of American Express and U.S. Bancorp.
