Talks between unions, The Bon Marche end

SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER STAFF

Contract negotiations between The Bon Marche and three local unions ended yesterday with The Bon telling the unions it would present its latest offer later this week.

The 1,600 Bon employees will vote on the deal Sunday and Monday. The Bon did not specify what the latest contract offer might include.

If workers do not approve a contract, they could vote to strike.

Wages and health care costs were among the issues in the talks.
