Get Political: Belly up to the bar and vote for a Bama-Tini or Clin-Tini in Tini Bigs 'primary'

Hey, Dems! Now you can get your politics stirred or shaken if you head down to Tini Bigs (100 Denny Way) to cast your vote in a contest pitting a "Bama-Tini" versus a "Clin-Tini."

Both drinks (warning: subliminal commentary on the way!) are made with the identical recipe: Tuaca liqueur, Finlandia vodka, cranberry juice and sweet and sour. They carry the same price tag ($9). If you order the drink under the Barack Obama banner, Mr. O. gets another number added to the tally on a chalkboard at the bar. Call for a Clin-tini and HRC gets the vote.

If only it had been so simple at the caucuses ...

Obama is currently in the martini lead, but as general manager Patrick Haight said in a news release, "Everyone knows how inaccurate polls can be so we decided to do our own as an unofficial way to gauge local support for the candidates."

No word on whether they'll add a McCain-Tini to the mix.
