Seattle is getting more "L.A." all the time. Latest evidence: The Kiehl's store at University Village is offering curbside service.
Never mind that U-Village has one of the busiest lots in Seattle. Call ahead for a few tubes of Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Body Polish, and a Kiehl's rep will run them out to you in her white lab coat as you drive up.
After testing the concept at a store in -- where else? -- Los Angeles, Kiehl's, which enjoys a sort of cultish following among skin-and-body-care aficionados, decided to offer the service in more than a dozen stores across the country. If you want to try out the service, call 206-985-4414.
