Police ask for public's help in finding disabled man

SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER STAFF

WHITE CENTER -- King County sheriff's deputies are seeking help in finding a developmentally disabled man missing from the White Center area.

Christopher Nuckols, 32, was last seen Jan. 30. He is unable to speak more than a few words and does not drive or take the bus but walks everywhere.

In the past, he has disappeared for a time, only to be located in the University District, at Seattle Center and even in Pierce County.

Nuckols is African American, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 165 pounds and has his hair in a large Afro. He wears an ID bracelet, but it has an old address.

Anyone who sees Nuckols is asked to call 911.
