Seattle's City Neighborhood Council is holding a public workshop on neighborhood planning 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Seattle City Hall to assess the city's 38 neighborhood plans. The plans involve housing, job growth, streets, sidewalks, parks and other matters. The meeting is in the Bertha Knight Landes Room, first floor, 601 Fifth Ave., between Cherry and James streets. The event is in coordination with the office of City Councilwoman Sally Clark.
