KENT -- King County sheriff's detectives are investigating last weekend's fatal shooting of a woman near Kent as a homicide, the Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday.
On Sunday, sheriff's deputies found Nancy Floren, 56, in her home in the 20300 block of 102nd Avenue Southeast after responding to a private security alarm, sheriff's Sgt. John Urquhart said.
She died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Medical Examiner's office.
No one has been arrested and the investigation is continuing, Urquhart said. There was no evidence of robbery, he said.
