Bullets tore into a downtown Seattle business early Sunday morning just feet away from throngs of clubgoers.
Just after 1:30 a.m., police were called to the 1900 block of Fourth Avenue after witnesses reported hearing more than a dozen gunshots ring out.
Officers were unable to find any victims of the shooting, but the bullets did shatter two large glass windows at an auto shop across the street from Toi Restaurant and Lounge.
Witnesses at the club told police that a man who'd been standing across the street may have been the intended target, according to police.
The man did not appear to be injured in the shooting, but had left the scene before police arrived.
According to police reports, security at the nightspot reported seeing a silver Chevy Impala sedan leaving the scene about the time of the shooting.
No arrests were made immediately following the incident.
