Former "Grey's Anatomy" co-star Isaiah Washington has a bone to pick with ABC.

Washington has filed a complaint with the Screen Actors Guild against ABC for using his image without permission in a recent episode, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The episode aired May 8 and involved a picture of Washington's character, Preston Burke, appearing alongside a news story about the character winning a prestigious medical award.

Washington left the drama in 2007 amid controversy that he allegedly used a homophobic slur in reference to series co-star T.R. Knight.

"They have the rights of the character to advance the story, but not the image," Washington's manager said. Washington is seeking a financial settlement.

  • Jack Black and Cee-Lo will be kung fu fighting.

The actor and the musician are teaming to cover Carl Douglas' 1974 hit, "Kung Fu Fighting," for the "Kung Fu Panda" soundtrack, Billboard reports.

The animated movie is about a Panda named Po, voiced by Black, that learns martial arts to fight his enemies.

"It was inspiring and an honor to have the opportunity to reintroduce the record to a brand-new audience, sprinkled with a little of me on top," Cee-Lo said.

"Kung Fu Panda," in theaters June 6, also features the voice talents of Jackie Chan, Dustin Hoffman and Lucy Liu.
